The LC7 Armchair is a chair with an inviting appearance. The profile of the arm and backrest resemble outstretched arms going for an embrace. This simple touch is enough to make the Cassina LC7 an excellent item to have at home. The chair is an apt seating element for office spaces also due to its somewhat clerical appearance. Designed by Charlotte Perriand in 1927, this product was made initially for her apartment in the Place Saint-Sulpice in Paris, France. Exhibited a year after, at the 1928 Salon des Artistes Decorateurs, it was also shown at the Salon d'Automne another year later.
