The Cassina Dress-Up Sofa is a piece of furnishing that draws its inspiration from haute-couture. Detail touches to the seams around the backrest/armrest create a refined dart wherein a zip runs to the sofa's base like a zip-up ladies dress. This is in line with the Dress-Up Sofa's couture theme that incorporates into the entire collection. Its appearance is elevated further by a grosgrain profile around the seat cushions. Its structure is composed of fir plywood with elastic belts as well as a cold moulded polyurethane foam in varying densities. The union of these components give us the Dress-Up, a sofa system draped in its version of haute-couture.

The "dress" that this sofa wears is made of fabric or leather selections available in the Cassina catalogue. The grosgrain stitch details come in four colours: black, cafe latte, grey, and white. The feet for the sofa is made of black plastic. The base, two-part sectional sofa measures 165x300x67 cm with a seat depth of 98 cm while the biggest four-part sectional sofa comes in at 372x282x67 cm with a seat depth of 98 cm. These sectional types can be mixed and matched to form a sofa system that can accommodate your needs.
